Delivery Service & Rates:

We can deliver orders to most territories worldwide using 1st & 2nd Class Royal Mail or Parcelforce services. All orders are despatched in safe and secure packing the same day or within 2/3 days of confirmation of successful receipt and payment of your order. Our delivery rates include postage and packing charges and are set out as below:

Delivery Terms & Conditions:

All physical products supplied and made available for sale by Navigator-Store.com are subject to Postage & Packaging charges as instructed at the point of payment. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to refund, exchange or resend the order to the correct address at our expense.

If an item has been lost in transit, we may not despatch a replacement item immediately. Resent or Replacement items will be despatched at our discretion or subject to availability once all tracking and investigative avenues have been exhausted. This may include waiting up to 30 days from despatch for undelivered mail to be returned to us, depending upon the delivery country. We cannot start to investigate the non-arrival of your item until the expiry of 21 Days from our original shipment date to you.

All non-delivery claims must be received within 30 days of the original shipment date to you.
