We accept no liability (to the fullest extent allowed by law) for the accuracy of information contained on product detail pages or on the website, which may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. However, this provision does not affect your statutory rights and remedies.
These Terms and Conditions contain the whole of our agreement relating to your purchase, together with our website prices and contact details. To protect your own interests please read our terms and conditions carefully before accepting them. Privacy Guarantee
Navigator-Store.com will not share, rent or sell your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information to any third party (this provision may exclude partners from whom you may have linked to our site). If you have purchased from our store, subscribed to one of our newsletters and entered any of our competitions, or advised us of your email address, postal address and telephone number then we may occasionally update you on news and special opportunities via email, post and telephone.

Secure Transactions & Credit Card Safety
Navigator-Store.com intends to provide you with the safest and secure shopping experience as possible. Navigator-Store.com and our secure payment service providers use the latest technology to protect your credit card information and do not release it to any outside organisation. You can place your orders using secure encryption (the Internet standard for secure transactions). Any losses sustained by the transmission of personal information by email or Internet links shall be borne exclusively by you.
Any email from our Payment Verification service will be sent from sendmail@paypal.com and will make direct reference to your unique purchase order number. Please be aware of phishing e-mails proporting to come from PayPal. Navigaor-Store.com does not store any credit card information.
Credit Card Payment
Billing is immediately initiated when an order is confirmed; our secure payment service providers authorise and debit your card simultaneously. Navigator-Store.com does not store any payment details.
Charges to your credit card will appear as 'PAYPAL*PROPERMUSIC' or 'PROPERMUSIC'.
Delivery
All physical products supplied and made available for sale by Navigator-Store.com are subject to Postage & Packaging charges as instructed at the point of payment. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to refund, exchange or resend the order to the correct address at our expense.
If an item has been lost in transit, we may not despatch a replacement item immediately. Resent or Replacement items will be despatched at our discretion or subject to availability once all tracking and investigative avenues have been exhausted. This may include waiting up to 30 days from despatch for undelivered mail to be returned to us, depending upon the delivery country. We cannot start to investigate the non-arrival of your item until the expiry of 21 Days from our original shipment date to you.
All non-delivery claims must be received within 30 days of the original shipment date to you.
Customs
When ordering goods from Navigator-Store.com for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. As the recipient you are liable for any additional charges for customs clearance and these must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you may want to contact your local customs office for further information before making a purchase on Navigator-Store.com. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are also subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Cooling Off Period
All of our customers have a cooling-off period of seven working days in which to cancel any contract with us, starting from when the goods are received, without having to give a reason.
However, the following exceptions to these rights of cancellation apply:
- the sale of any customised goods
- sealed audio or video recordings, or software, which has been opened
Cancellation
You may cancel any item Pending Despatch, indicated as 'Live' in your order history at any time by contacting our
Customer Service Dept. Once we receive notification from you that you wish to cancel your item, any amount paid to Navigator-Store.com for the goods (including packing & postage if applicable) will be fully refunded within 3 days of receipt of the notification from you.
All refunds will be processed in accordance with the payment method selected by you at the time of your purchase. Additionally, as part of measures we employ to secure your privacy, we will only refund to the same card used for the original transaction. No refunds can be processed to any other card.

Returns Policy
Navigator-Store.com must be notified prior to a return being performed by e-mailing our
Returns Dept. stating the reason for return. Once a return has been authorised by Navigator-Store.com and an RA Number issued (via e-mail or phone) please print a copy of your original order or include full details of your order and state the reason for return and include these details with the item when it's returned.
Return all items to: Navigator-Store.com, c/o Phoenix, 117 Lark Lane, 1st Floor, Aigburth, Liverpool, Merseyside, L17 8UR, United Kingdom.
Defective or faulty items will be replaced or refunded (within 7 days of receipt of goods). Goods ordered in error are to be returned to us at your expense in an unused, unopened condition without the seals or wrapping being removed or broken.
Navigator-Store.com will only accept returns for the following:
- Goods received damaged or faulty
- Goods supplied incorrectly by Navigator-Store.com
- Goods that vary massively from their description on the website
- Goods ordered in error and authorised for return by Navigator-Store.com
Note:
All returns must be received by Navigator-Store.com within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please refer to the date shown on your order history or your PayPayl shipment confirmation e-mail to confirm the original date of despatch. Any ineligible items received by Navigator.store.com will be returned to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we will either exchange or refund the product price via the original method of payment only. If you request a replacement, we will despatch your replacement item (subject to availability) within 3 days of receipt of the returned item and at no extra charge for postage.
In order to return the product, please refer to the 'Returns Policy' section. You must return defective or damaged goods within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please refer to the date shown on your order history or your PayPayl shipment confirmation e-mail to confirm the original date of despatch.
Out of Stock Items
We aim to only list titles for sale currently available and in stock (excluding Advance New Releaaes or Pre-Releases) but due to reasons beyond our control this is not always possible. All products offered by Navigator-Store.com are subject to availability and may on occasion be out of stock. In most cases these items are on order from the manufacturers and usually come back into stock within 7 to 28 days but can occasionally take longer. If for any reason we determine that a backordered item will no longer be available, we will notify you immediately by email, cancel the item from your order, remove the item from our catalogue, and refund you in full.
New Releases
New and Pre-releases are offered in good faith based on information given by our suppliers. We are not able to accept responsibility should the release date, content (e.g. tracks) or cover art be changed, or should the new release be deleted. New and Pre-Releases can be cancelled at any time and a full refund issued by contacting our
Customer Service Dept.

Discounts, Promotional Offers and Voucher redemption
Only one voucher or promotional discount code per person, per campaign is allowed, irrespective of the number of email addresses, Card Holder addresses or Delivery Addresses the individual may possess.
Navigator-Store.com maintains the right to refuse, and refund if relevant, (even following acceptance of an order) any transaction where, in its sole opinion, the customer / transacting party are achieving multiple discounts.
Voucher promotions and incentives are specifically restricted to geographical, domain and currency limitations. The Company will not honour redemptions which do not comply with the above.
Some promotional vouchers attract a minimum contribution for any purchase made. Navigator-Store.com reserve the right to cancel (and refund any part cash paid) any transaction which may contain a voucher/promotional code.
Partner and Affiliate links.
- Only one promotional discount per transaction is allowed.
- A discount link via a partner/affiliate network is not entitled to be used with any other promotional discount.
Miscellaneous
We reserve the right to alter prices to take into account forces beyond our control (e.g. increased supplier prices, postage & packaging costs, currency fluctuations etc…).

If any part of these Terms and Conditions are declared void for unfairness pursuant to the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contract Regulations 1999, the remaining contract shall only continue to bind the parties if it is capable of continuing in existence without the unfair terms.
If an error is discovered in the price of the item(s) you have ordered, we will inform you and issue a full refund as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for an item which was advertised accidentally at an incorrect price, if the item(s) has been charged and not despatched we will cancel and refund your order. If the item has already been charged for and dispatched then no further action will be taken by us.
You shall not obtain any right of copyright (or similar rights) in your purchase, of which any unauthorised use including copying, letting for hire, file sharing or sale is strictly prohibited.
All designs, graphics and other artwork (including the selection and arrangement of text and graphics) is and remains the copyright of Navigator-Store.com, although permission is granted to you to electronically copy and hard-copy print portions of our website for the sole purpose of placing an order, reading the terms and conditions with more ease or using this website for your shopping experience. Any other use is strictly prohibited without written consent from us.
